JIGNOVA · TinyAngle Studio

Privacy Policy

Effective 1 October 2026 (version 1.1, the Worlds update)

JIGNOVA ("the app") is made by TINYANGLESTUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as TinyAngle Studio, Pune, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app, and the JIGNOVA page on our website, do with your information. We keep it short because we keep very little.

1. What the app stores on your device

Your settings (music, sound, vibration, reminder choices and the hour you usually play, used only to time reminders), your puzzle progress (solved challenges, best moves and times, medals, hints used) and your progression (XP, rank, streak, daily-challenge history, achievements, and today's free-play and hint allowances). This stays on your phone. We do not see it and it is not tied to your name, email or phone number. The app does not ask for an account.

Your phone's own backup feature (Google or Apple) may include this data so that you keep your progress on a new phone. That backup is controlled by your phone settings, not by us.

2. Purchases and the information they involve

JIGNOVA Premium is sold through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Payment details are handled entirely by the store; we never see your card, bank or UPI details.

To confirm and restore purchases we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA), a purchase-management service. The first time you open the app it creates a random, anonymous user ID for your installation. Each time the app opens, or shows a price, it asks RevenueCat whether this installation has Premium and what the prices are; that request carries the anonymous ID, your IP address, device platform, app version and locale. If you buy or restore Premium, the store's purchase receipt and a device identifier (for example Apple's vendor identifier) are sent as well, so the purchase can be verified, protected against fraud and your Premium unlocked on this and future installs. This data is stored on RevenueCat's servers in the United States. RevenueCat's own policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

We do not collect your advertising identifier, contacts, location, photos, microphone, or any health data.

3. No ads, no trackers

JIGNOVA contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. There are no analytics or crash-reporting tools in this version; if we add a privacy-respecting one later we will update this page and the store listing first.

4. Reminders

The app can send optional reminders (for example when a new Daily Challenge or a new world is ready, or, for players on the free version, an occasional note about Premium). They are created on your phone only; nothing is sent to us and no reminder is based on tracking. Premium notes have their own "Offers" switch in Settings. The app asks for permission once, after your first solved puzzle, and you can switch reminders off in Settings or in your phone settings at any time.

5. Links to other sites

The app may open Google Play or the App Store (to manage a subscription) or our website in your browser. Those sites have their own policies. If you tap Share on a score, your phone's own share sheet opens with a short text and a link; it goes only to the app you pick, never to us.

6. Children

JIGNOVA is a general-audience puzzle game. It collects no personal data from anyone, of any age, and shows no advertising, so no age check is needed to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases are controlled by the store account holder and the store's family controls (Google Family Link, Apple Ask to Buy).

7. How long we keep data

Data on your device: until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. The anonymous purchase record at RevenueCat: for as long as it is needed to honour and restore your purchase, or until you ask us to delete it. Launch-list emails (Section 8): deleted within 30 days after the launch announcement, or earlier on request.

8. The JIGNOVA launch list on our website

If you entered your email on the JIGNOVA page at tinyanglestudio.com, we store that email address, the date, and which box you used, in a private store on our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA). Purpose: to send you one email on launch day. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it. You can withdraw at any time by emailing support@tinyanglestudio.com with the word Unsubscribe, and we will delete your address within 7 days.

9. Your rights and choices

Delete local data: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your phone settings.

Delete purchase records: email support@tinyanglestudio.com from any address; tell us roughly when you bought Premium and on which store. We will ask RevenueCat to delete the anonymous record. Note this also removes the ability to restore that purchase.

Refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their policies.

Users in India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination). Users in the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR, where our legal basis is performance of the contract (purchases) and consent (launch list). Users in California and other US states have equivalent rights. Because the app holds no personal data beyond what is described above, most of these rights are met by the actions listed. For anything else, write to us.

10. Security

All communication with the stores and RevenueCat is encrypted in transit. Your Premium status is never stored as an editable flag on the device; it is always verified against the store's record. Our website uses HTTPS only.

11. Grievance Officer and contact

Grievance Officer: Rupesh Shinde, Founder, TinyAngle Studio. Email: support@tinyanglestudio.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days, as required by Indian consumer and data-protection law. The same person acts as our privacy contact for all other countries.

12. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app's store listing and this page will show the new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated policy.
