Terms of Use

Effective 1 October 2026 (version 1.1, the Worlds update)

These terms are an agreement between you and TINYANGLESTUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as TinyAngle Studio ("we", "us"), for the JIGNOVA app and JIGNOVA Premium. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

JIGNOVA is a logic block puzzle game. The free version includes the Origins pack (60 stages across 20 worlds), a limited number of new stages per day, a daily hint allowance, and the Daily Challenge until you have completed every stage of the Origins pack. After that, the Daily Challenge and all further new stages are part of JIGNOVA Premium. Replaying stages you have already solved is always free. Once you have completed the Origins pack, the app may show an offer for Premium after a replayed game; you can always close it and keep playing. We may change the free allowance, add or retire packs and worlds, and update the app at any time.

2. JIGNOVA Premium

Premium gives unlimited new stages every day, every pack and world including those released in future, the Daily Challenge, and unlimited hints, for as long as your Premium is active. Premium is sold through Google Play and the Apple App Store under the store's own terms. Prices are shown in the store and in the app before you buy and may differ by country.

Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Your store account is charged at the start of each period. You can cancel any time from your Google Play or App Store subscription settings; cancelling stops future charges and Premium continues until the end of the period already paid for. Unused time is not refunded except where the store's policy or the law requires it.

Free trial. The Annual plan may include a free trial (for example 3 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual price is charged automatically. One trial per store account.

All Access (one-time purchase) is a single payment, never renews, and gives Premium for the lifetime of the JIGNOVA service. Lifetime means for as long as we offer JIGNOVA on the store you bought it from; it is not a promise that the app will exist forever. If we discontinue JIGNOVA, we will give reasonable notice on this page and in the app.

Restore. Premium is linked to your store account. Reinstall the app and use Restore purchases in Settings or on the Premium screen to bring it back on any device signed in to the same store account.

Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly. Indian consumers keep their rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

3. No ads

JIGNOVA does not show advertising and does not sell watch-an-ad rewards. We may promote our own apps or Premium inside the app and, if you have reminders switched on, in an occasional reminder. You can switch these offers off in Settings at any time.

4. Fair use

Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, cheat, or resell the app or its content; do not attempt to bypass the free-tier limits or the store's billing. The puzzles, artwork, the Nova character, sounds and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play.

5. Your progress

Progress is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it. We are not responsible for lost progress until an online sync feature exists and is turned on.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app working but cannot promise it will be free of errors or always available. We may update, change or withdraw features, or the app itself, and will give reasonable notice for changes that affect an active Premium purchase.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer-forum rights and to mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
